Year-round, quality, fun and affordable family entertainment in Austin’s oldest surviving theatre. The building is also home to the Scottish Rite Masons. Children have long been a philanthropic focus for the Masons who established the Scottish Rite Learning Center for Dyslexic Children and the Scottish Rite Hospital For Children in their behalf. Producing quality theatre for youth is an extension of that focus.

West Lake Beach is a privately owned park on Lake Austin open to the public. It is family oriented with a swimming area roped off from Lake Austin that starts out at the shoreline at about eight inches deep and goes to a depth of about six feet at the pier. Numerous picnic tables and BBQ grills are located around the park. There is a volleyball court equipped with net and ball. There is also a volleyball net set up in the water and an area for fishing and a horseshoe pit.
